- 3 Van het Bestuur (John Tibbe) commentary Speleo Nederland (SN) Chairman gives a view about the last gathering and the plans on how to transform SN so SN will be ready for the next generation. SN has to change to a service based organisation as their members are more consumers than club owners.

- 8 Northern Laos European cave project, Part two (Jos Burgers, id photo’s) expediton Part two goes beyond where part one of last Pierk ended and combines the expeditions from 2005 and 2006. The expeditions went to the same area. Caves were mapped and connections were made. And yes the pictures of the cover are from those expeditions.

- 17 Jurakamp van 29 april tot en met 6 mei ‘06 (Sjoerd van der Schuit) trip report Easter this year a rather big group went again to the area near Ornans, dep. Doubs, (Jura) France. Many well known caves were visisted but some new caves as well. This report tells about what went on i.e. how the 15 year old Paul leads the group through Cul de Vau. The new cave is Gouffre des Essarlottes.
- 19 Uit de oude doos; expeditie naar de Bernard (author unknown) vintage trip report from the old files a trip report was dug up to show how a well known vertical cave was done in the old days. This gives a view how a two day 'scientific' trip was made using ladders.
- 21 Speleo Nederland 1976 - 2006 (Herman de Swart) Jubileum Speech A brief birds eye view on the history of Speleo Nederland is given in this speech. Herman puts it in a bigger scope and goes from Neandertal faces to research between cave paintings and pictures in Playboy to a dutch poems from 1879 about Grotte de Han. At the end he thinks about the future of SN.
