Recommended age for participants: 16 years and older. Caves are geotopes and biotopes therefore sensitive climate archives which are worth to explore. Research and protection of this climate archives and the actual cave climate, which is an indicator of climate changes, is an actual and important European concern. Speleologists can support the exploration and protection of these climate archives by international cooperation. A good training is the best base for research and caving activities. Therefore we offer different training courses and a wide supporting program covering all important caving themes. Due to small groups the training will be very effective. An additional intention of the camp is to meet other young cavers. You can establish ties, talk about your and their interests, hobbies and culture and perhaps meet them in their home area and visit karst areas and caves for future joint research. In the framework of this event the VI Congress of the Speleological Federation of Latin America and the Caribbean (FEALC) will also be held. With approximately 90% of its territory consisting of karstic areas, the Matanzas Province has major cave systems at the gates of the city, of which stand out –for its speleothems, wildlife and management policies- the "Bellamar" and "Santa Catalina" cave systems, located on the north coast. Both caves have been categorized as National Monuments. Bulgaria proposes us a planning in a pleasant natural site. It was various accommodations. The caves, rivers, canyon and cliffs are interesting for exercise or application. From everybody we are waiting presentations on the news concerning the rescue since 4 years. It was new prototype of radio by cavers form England, Switzerland and France. It’s the same concerning diving with the “light stretcher”. The exchanges between different countries are concerning training but also different aspects: medical, materials and techniques, managing… Since the 11° symposium, we gave the Aggtelek declaration, written by the 24 countries present at this meeting, at the delegates during the last congress of UIS (Kerrville – Texas USA, summer 2009).
