The Lot International Cave Diving Congress (LICDC) is happy to announce that it has created a working committee in order to organise a large international cave diving congress in the Lot-region in France. At this time, we are happy to be able to announce that the cave diving congress will take place in the village of Gramat (Lot, France). The goals are:
• Create an environment in which cave divers from different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities can partake in exchanging their experiences and exploits and can enjoy pleasant moments together.
• Bring together various French and international institutions. A number of which have expressed great enthousiasm at the project and have comitted to organise workshops and conferences.
