“EspeleoMeeting” City of Villacarrillo – Ciudad de Villacarrillo

From 13th to 15th of August 2016 a Speleological Congress which has been named "City of Villacarrillo EspeleoMeeting” will be held in the town of Villacarrillo in the province of Jaén, Spain. 

The goal of this congress is to be a meeting point of cavers and the general public to disclose all the speleological explorations and investigations done by the Villacarrillo Caving Group (G.E.V.). We would like our Jaén city to be the place where we can get together with all those interested in different subjects (exploration, topography, underground biology, archaeology, geology, etc.).

The intention these days is a gathering of cavers, researchers and lovers of the underground environment and nature.  Presentations will be held about our explorations, new exploration techniques, etc.
